The mission of Keystone Montessori School is:


• To create a community of children and adults based on the principles of respect, individuality, personal responsibility, and cooperation.

• To encourage integration of social, emotional, and intellectual skills so that each member can be successful in realizing their full potential.

Our Goals

  • To enter into a partnership with parents in the education of their children.
  • To help children develop a positive self-image, which is key to the development of their full potential.
  • To help children develop an awareness of their own feelings, a sensitivity to the feelings of others, and a feeling of responsibility for the world we live in.
  • To lead children to mastery of precisely identified intellectual, social, and physical skills.
  • To encourage self-motivation and self-discipline in learning that will lead to a lifelong pursuit of knowledge.
